Wizard Theatre was set up in 2002 by Artistic Director, Leon Hamilton. Drawing on over twenty years experience in Film, Television and Theatre, Leon continues his passion of working with and performing to the most challenging, the sharpest and most vocal of audiences: Young People!

 

In addition to our schools and touring productions, we have performed at conferences and delivered one-off tailor-made sessions on a variety of topics. Many of these workshops have been so successful they have lead to a regular programme that tours several times in the academic year. Organisations that have funded this work include: The Metropolitan Police, Healthy Schools, Accident Prevention Units, Victim Support, Youth Inclusion Programme, Safe Routes to Schools and Transport teams. We also offer on-going drama sessions in school time: The Pupil Premium Project / Personal Development through Drama, as well as activities outside of school hours and INSET Teacher Training.
